Alouette® Baked Brie with Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp. butter
½ cup walnuts, pecans or almonds
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Alouette Baby Brie, Original
1 tbsp. brown sugar


Directions

Preheat oven to 325º F.

Melt the butter in a saucepan until it foams, add the nuts and sauté until browned. Do not burn.

Carefully remove the white rind from the top of the Alouette Baby Brie.

Arrange the nuts on the top of the cheese, lightly sprinkle with the brown sugar.

Transfer to an oven-proof serving dish and bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
