Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix Alouette Crème de Brie, apple, brandy and mace.
Layer 3 phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter. Cut into 5" squares.
Place a tablespoon of Crème de Brie mixture in center of each square.
Gather like a brown paper bag. Brush edges with butter.
Place in a preheated 350º F oven for 10-12 minutes until nicely browned.
Serve immediately.
