Alouette® Crème de Brie® Raspberry Triangles Recipe

Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 pkgs. (5 oz.) Alouette Crème de Brie, Original
¼ cup high quality seedless raspberry preserves
¼ cup sliced almonds


Directions

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Roll out pastry to a 10" X 10" square. Place pastry on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Spread 1 pkg. Alouette Crème de Brie on pastry to within ½" of edges.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

Immediately spread remaining Alouette Crème de Brie on pastry.

Drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry preserves on top of brie and create a marbelized pattern by gently swirling preserves and brie with the back of a spoon. (Tip: For a professional look, put preserves in a plastic squeeze bottle, pipe lines on top of brie and swirl.).

Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Cut into triangles and serve warm.
