Directions
Combine Alouette Light Cucumber Dill Spreadable Cheese, salmon and capers in medium bowl.
Arrange endive leaves on serving plate.
Spoon a dollop (about 1 tbsp.) of cheese mixture in large end of each leaf. Or spoon cheese mixture into pastry bag with #4 star tip, and pipe a dollop of mixture in each leaf.
*The very inner leaves will be too small for this recipe. Save them to add to a tossed green salad - they are crisp and delicious.
Variation: spoon dollops of cheese mixture on thin cucumber slices instead of the endive leaves.
