Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Thaw pastry according to package.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, onions, Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese, and pepper to taste.
Roll each pastry sheet to a 15” square.
Cut into 3” squares and brush lightly with beaten egg.
Place 1 tsp. cheese mixture in center of each square.
Fold to form triangle, crimp edges with fork to seal.
Place on ungreased baking sheets and brush with remaining egg wash.
Bake 10-12 minutes until puffed and golden.
Serve warm.
Note:
For best flavor and texture, use fresh spinach. Any savory flavor of Alouette Spreadable Cheese may be used.
