Alouette® Salade Nicoise Recipe

Ingredients

8 Small red potatoes, steamed
3 lb. Fresh whole green beans, stemmed and steamed
1 Small sweet onion, sliced
2 Eggs, hard boiled
1 Large tomato, sliced
1 can High-quality tuna, drained
1 can Anchovies, drained Capers, Nicoise or any other variety of small, black olives
1 recipe Alouette® Aioli Sauce


Directions

Cut steamed red potatoes in half, set aside.

Cut hard boiled egg in quarters, set aside.

Place potatoes, green beans, onions, eggs, tomato, tuna, anchovies, capers and olives in an artful manner on a platter.

Serve with Alouette® Aioli sauce in small bowl.

Serve at room temperature.
