Directions
Heat oven to 350° F.
Place Alouette Baby Brie in small shallow oven-proof dish or pie plate.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until softened.
Meanwhile, in small nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir onion, olive oil, and brown sugar 7 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Remove to small bowl; cool slightly. Stir in apple jelly, minced jalapeno and ground peppercorns. Spoon over baked brie.
Serve with assorted crackers.
