Baked Alouette® Baby Brie® with Pepper-Onion Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (13.2 oz.) Alouette Baby Brie, Original
1 small yellow onion, quartered lengthwise, thinly sliced
1 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. brown sugar
¼ cup apple jelly
2 tsp. minced, fresh jalapeno pepper
½ tsp. coarsely ground mixed peppercorns or black peppercorns
assorted crackers


Directions

Heat oven to 350° F.

Place Alouette Baby Brie in small shallow oven-proof dish or pie plate.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until softened.

Meanwhile, in small nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir onion, olive oil, and brown sugar 7 to 10 minutes or until tender.

Remove to small bowl; cool slightly. Stir in apple jelly, minced jalapeno and ground peppercorns. Spoon over baked brie.

Serve with assorted crackers.
