Creamy Honey-Chavrie® Baby Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. baby cut carrots
1 package (5.3 oz) Chavrie® goat cheese, plain
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel


Directions

Place carrots in medium saucepan with 1 cup lightly salted water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Return to pan. Shake pan over low heat to evaporate all moisture.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Chavrie, honey and orange peel until smooth. Pour over drained carrots in pan. Cook and stir over low heat 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
