Goat Cheese & Spinach Tarts Recipe

Product: Chavrie® Goat Cheese

Ingredients

1 pkg. (5.3 oz.) Chavrie, Plain or Basil & Roasted Garlic
2 oz. chopped spinach, well drained
1 egg
1½ tbsp. whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1½ tsp. fresh lemon or regular thyme or ½ tsp. dried thyme
dash of salt and ground white pepper
15 mini phyllo dough tart shells


Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.

 

Combine Chavrie, spinach, egg, whipping cream, butter, thyme and salt and pepper in food processor; process until smooth.

 

Spoon or use pastry bag to place about 1 tbsp. filling into each tart shell.

 

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until filling is set.  Serve warm.
